Most Important Lessons
one of the most lessons learnt in my professional career is that one should never get bogged down by hurdles posed by life but instead find ways to overcome them and 'move on'. Another thing which supports in doing this is 'being positive' always !!
Current and Previous Responsibilities
Current set of responsibilities demand me to have a GUN (on a lighter note) with me looking at the new services business :
G - Go getter (agressive)
U - Ubiquitious (for every opporunity)
N - Networking (using relationships)
while the previous profile was to nurture the existing relationship
A Fine Balance:
if you ask me honestly, its difficult but now have started removing time consciously 2 days a week of winding work early and spending time for self & family and catch up on my hobby of reading books over the weekend.
Points of inflection
One of the major inflection points was when I was told to start the operations of my organization from scratch in NCR which was also a new region for me as I inhaled from Mumbai but it was a good challenge and a turning point in my career as it helped me to minutely understand the business dynamics
Most Important Decisions
one of the most important career decsion which I chose was not to be a 'small fish in a big ocean' and opted to work for a not so well known organization and grew up the ladder while they were growing !!
Plans for the Future
A couple of years from now; I would like to place myself in a position where I 'own' business decisions which could be in a organization or my personal venture
Role Model
One of my role models who has inspired me in my career is my boss with whom I worked in two organizations and Part - I taught me how to do sales and Part - II taught me how to live life !!
Currently working at
My current job role is to start the new services business which is a different domain for GTL Limited and unearth business opportunities in the said vertical using my networking & business development skills.
