1. Handling whole recruitment
cycle right from sourcing the profiles, identifying the
prospective candidate, approaching them, scheduling them for
interviews, initial screening round and forwarding their
candidature for further rounds.
2. Framing various HR
policies, forms & formats from time to time to continuously
improve them.
3. Conducting Induction programme for the new
joinee which encapsulates detailing the company profile,
processes, organizational structure & various HR policies by
clearly demonstrating how imperative they are to the organization
as a whole.
4. Payroll and Benefits Calculation for the
employees.
5. Assisting in complying the Statutory Compliances
(PF, Bonus etc)
6. Exit-Interview via performing all
formalities of Employee separation like F&F. Settlement.

Solving out the Grievances of the employees.

1. To manage the entire recruitment, interview, selection and
appointment process.

and taking personal interviews with negotiating job offers with
