aspects of Full-Scope Yoga Practice. Since 1970, I have crossed
the lines between many traditions, developing an effective
integration of methods including Deep Meditation, Spinal
Breathing Pranayama, Hatha, Kundalini, Tantra, Self-Inquiry, and
more.
