Could you tell us briefly about your family background?
I am from a village in Prakasham District Andhra Pradesh. My Father is farmer and Mother is a house wife.
Role Model
Swami Vivekananda for his immaculate command over diverse subjects, his versatility and his deeds which helped elevate him to the stature of god. He personified the young India. He also emphasized on Santana dharma and helped establish it as center of all religions.
Current and Previous Responsibilities
In the previous company I handled a team of five engineers. My primary task was to guide the team members, assign the task and and participate in feature development. An important aspect of the profile was to interact with the client to understand their requirements and conceptualize the design.
Points of inflection
I founded a firm QTEQ Info and ran it successfully for two years before being forced to quit due to rough economic weather and trepidation among investors. The experience however helped me become better in management and grasping financial aspect of business.
Parting thoughts
From my experience I have learned that failures do not matter in your pursuit, what matters is the honest attempt, the craving to succeed and the lessons learned from the mistakes.
Plans for the Future
I see myself acquiring newer traits of my business and holding an executive position with a renown organization.
Most Important Lessons
Every human being has infinite potential, all one needs is the instruments to express the abilities and the onus lies on the leaders (not managers) to extract it from the subordinates. I also have learned that good managers do not fire people, they hire people, inspire people.
A Fine Balance:
I have so far failed miserably to strike a balance between my professional and personal life. However, I am trying to create a symbiotic relation at my work, prioritizing the daily tasks, understanding what are crucial tasks that need immediate attention and what can wait for the next sunrise.
Most Important Decisions
Starting a venture was the cardinal decision in my life. Though it also translated into my failure as entrepreneur, it helped bring difference in lives of a handful of unemployed and callow engineers who are now employed with leading multi nationals.
Currently working at
Android graphics driver development and resolving customer issues.
The Journey So Far
I started as a fresh graduate in Mindtree and worked subsequently in Irdeto and Dvico technologies. Started a venture in 2009, and took a separation from it in 2012 due to financial reasons. Currently working with a leading MNC.
