Initiative to develop a country

To be "role models" of change Agents by walking the talk & contributing to the community inspiring them to be patriotic citizens.We have a rich culture to cherish & live lives to assist one another.They could also assist in promoting the latest trends to the community.More time devoted to uplift the youth of the country & involving them in the decision processes.Encouraging Lifelong Learning to all those around thoer communities & promoting learning centres through satellite.Participate in the world Banks one laptop per child project.Involve the youth in cultural projects & encourage regular programmes of interest to propagate "Innovation".India has practiced all the Modern trends for many centuries which can be inculcated to the younger generation.Collaborate with other states & organize sports & other activities of mutual interest.

Important lesson learned

Most certainly I have learnt to be patient & listen to others also to be a reflector.In lifelong Learning through the Action Learning mode I have learnt to regularly do an audit of myself.

My role model

Mahatma Gandhi as he led by example to bring a great nation to what it is today despite all the various problems to become the largest democracy in the world.

To venture into the unknown especially the first Indian to do a mammoth task in pioneering training & Development in Papua New guinea a third world country.

Brief description about me

I am a Mentor/Coach who initially worked with Brooke Bond Liebig,Uk now Unilever.I am currently the National President of the University for LifeLong Learning[USA]based in Bangalore.I spent 33 years in Papua New Guinea as the Principal consultant to the Development Bank whioch was funded by the World Bank.My job was very challenging as I had to train Managers on the job whilst performing my usual duties.I was instrumental in conducting the first successful aerial spraying operation for Monsanto to eradicate phargamitis grass that was 40 feet in length.Did several Foliar spray trials for BASF,Germany as well successfully.I then resuscitated the PNG Institute of Management & linked them up to global networks which led me to get on the board of the International Management Centres association in UK & the World Action learning Institute.I facilitated many training courses for the Private & Public sector to revamp them.In view of the above I was honoured by Her Majesty the Queen granted MBE
