As part of growing I believe in giving; mentoring and coaching younger people who cross my path and also giving back to the society in terms of helping our Blue collar works to read and write and also develop their self confidence.

For me, work life balance is to enjoy every day of my life socially and professionally. And put in 100% focus in the present towards family, profession and myself first. I maintain a notebook for professional and social activities, things to do and achieve. And document every activity for the next day and the week and slot quality time for the impactful activities.
Changes In The Professional Environment:
- IT was more relaxed and we worked 8 – 5 with no strings attached after the work environment. However the digital world has ensured that you stay responsive 24x7 through cell phone, email or SMS. IT has become 24x7 worklife.
