Involvement in the Industry

Currently I am in Exilant Technologies PVT LTD,where I work as UI developer and have designed intranet website in dotnetnuke framework.

Done Differently:

I would better look for the booming technology of the current market and I will train myself for the same skills and try my hard to start my career with the same skill(s).
So that I can make a good start all over again.

Growth Strategy:

Being in IT firm,I am learning from the works getting assigned to me and making myself experianced in the same and even in the new technologies by going through them.So that coming days I can be ready to teach or help my colluege to be able to solve problems anytime.

Career Profile:

I have been improving myself with my current role improvements. Basically I have started doing dummy projects and then I did certification on JAVA and then got a chance to work in a live project on DotnetNuke where my role was to develop UI ( specially SKINS). Now I help my juniors to do the same.

Family Background

I belong to a middle class family where everyone works for themselves.
My upbringing was in a poor family and now they are in good environment than before with a great support of my mother who is working in Private banking sector and made me to reach till here so that I can be able to write to you.

Advice For New Professionals:

It is obvious that work force is getting more and more which comes only when we are unknown to so many problems.I advice professional folks to go through many technical blog posts,go through the very good resource siliconIndia where they can learn so many technical stuffs and so.

Changes In The Professional Environment:

I always visualised myself to be a professional all the time.So I have observed myself getting improved like my personality,my lifestyles,my way of talking and able to improve a lot day by day.

Job Profile:

Present I am working as UI developer and I have contributed a lot towards developing skins for websites develoed on DNN

The Journey So Far:

My start was good in corporate world like my upbringing in life. I got trained to walk into this world then gradually learnt to walk along the technologies.

First is my first job when all my classmates were fighting hard to get a job and I secured a job.And, I am able to take decision by myself ,not asking others for the same.Its good to take advice but should be implemented by yourself.

The Decisions That Matter

My first decision I made was to start my career with any company so that I could learn and grow my career big time.Along the way ,now I have started a small business too since everyone is keen to diversify their source of income.

Well, I want to become a richest person in the world but to accomplish that I see myself as a Leader of quality people after couple of years which can lead me to my goals.
