Could you tell us briefly about your family background?

I came from a very small and middle class family. Father is a retired school teacher and mother is a house wife.Elder sister is married and working as a Lecturer in Jr. College and the younger one is married,she is a house wife. My Wife is a beautician and my kids are in studying in primary school.

I did my Diploma in Mech. Engg, then I deed my Graduation and completed PGDBM from Pune University

• Single point accountability of entire IT department which includes Budgetary, cost center and legal compliance accountability. Manages multiple business locations spread in 5 cities across India.IT related Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for entire organization. Public Transportation??

Job Profile:

Implemented around the clock mission critical applications like online Customer Reservation System (CRS) and Electronic Ticketing Machine (ETM) System.Standardized IT related Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for entire organization and rolled them successfully in the period of 3 months.

Done Differently:

The most important factor is to identify your own potential first which is absolutely missing in our education system. Need to identify and start taking initiative towards it. Doing things known is always better than doing it unknowingly.

Honestly, till date I have never identify the role model in life, as I have learn a lot from my own experience and understand its very difficult to know every thing through our own mistakes and hence started learning more from other mistake.
