Could you tell us briefly about your family background?

My father is a retired High School Clerk, and mother a housewife. Iâ€™m the youngest of their two children. My elder brother is working as a Financial executive for India Bulls.Its a four member family settled in Kerala.

Changes in the industry

It has given me a platform to change myself both professionally as well as personally. It was an opportunity to acquire industrial and professional etiquettes as well. I have been exposed to core technology practically.

Role Model

It's my father who was never a prolific figure in any way in society rather a simple honest man but was all the time infront of me in whom never saw hypocrisy. He is my hero since childhood.

2)Certified in “WIRELESS COMMUNICATION SYSTEMS “ from Pulsetone Industries Banglore
3)Alcatel Lucent Managed Solutions Pvt. Ltd. since AUGUST 2010 as FM Engineer.

A Fine Balance:

I am maintaining a healthy relationship with my colleagues both inside and outside the company. Since being a bachelor that relationships are most essential and helpful in life outside work culture. Managed to took flat nearby office in such a way to make the conveyance easier.

Current and Previous Responsibilities

Currently working as L1 Support- Packet Core Engineer in Alcatel-Lucent Managed Solutions Pvt. Ltd. on Reliance Communication project (2G and 3G) where all faults and troubleshooting of Packet Core node and BSS service related issue are handled.
It defer in work nature and technology from former.

Currently working at

1)Handling Cisco CGSN-ST16/ASR5000.
2)Alarms Monitoring and Troubleshooting For 2G & 3G Packet Core Nodes-CGSN(ASR-5000).
3)Interaction and support to all circles during configuration/testing activity (i.e. for Gb link configuration, RAC, LAC creation in SGSN, New APN configuration in GGSN.).
