I am M.tech in Computer Network Engg and BE in CSE. Presenlty pursuing research on Cloud Computing (Doctorate in Management Studies from IIBMS, Bangalore)
My work experience:
I have a total of 11 yrs of work experience, of which 2 yrs is in IT industry and 9 yrs is as a faculty in computer science.
I am presently working as Professor of Computer Science in GCMAT(Gupta College of Managament and Technology), Bangalore and am handling the subjects of MS course of International American University, California. I also work as part time Professor in Manipal University, and handle MS subjects.
My 9 years of teaching experience is in reputed engineering colleges like Manipal, GcMAT, PESIT, GVIT and Bharath Institutions.
My 2 years of Industry experience is in software development, having worked for Unisys Global Services India and BEML(Bharath Earth Movers Ltd).
My research work:
I have participated in national and international conferences and have won the best technical research paper awards for my papers titled, "Network documentation as an .aid to troubleshooting" and “Cloud computing as the next best business startegy" at the National conferences hosted by DSCE,Bangalore in 2008 and 2009.
I have presented paper titled,"The effect Cloud computing on the traditional business model", in the International conference hosted by RVIM,Bangalore, on 10-12 Dec,2009.
Presented and published my paper titled,"Cloud Computing services, providers, and Indian initiatives for low cost cloud computing", in the International conference hosted by MBA dept of PESIT, Bangalore in Jan 2010. This paper was selected in the top 20 papers to be published as a journal.
I have Published online technical paper titled, "Performance Solutions for Modernization of Legacy Systems" in the Cloud 20/20 national contest held by Unisys Global Service India Ltd, in Feb-2010. This technical paper was selected as top 60 from among 1500 papers from all over India and was awarded Unisys merit certificate.
