Important lesson learned

I learned so many things in in life. Our surrounding is the main source of learning :). This is my personal experience humans are very much influenced by his own family/friends and follow the trends. I have learned and observed a lot of things from Television, that play a vital role in my study, then secondary is Web/Internet, news papers.

Qualities needed to become a successful leader

To be a successful leader you must have to care small - small things, in later stage that small things lead you success. Allays believe in team work, because you cannot succeed single because you can't keep rack on each and every details of your work, you can only manage and can see or ask someone to complete/recheck/re-verify.

Initiative to develop a country

Do there jobs with honesty and contribute in development like donation on NGO's, providing free education to the people who is not able to afford, or contribute in educational NGO's.

Thoughts on Education system of our country

Single course curriculum should be applied on all India, no State wise curriculum. It will make one standard education system. Now a days there are so many boards are running their own curriculum.

My family background

My father is government employee on SAIL Bokaro. My elder brother is working as Tech. support engineer at Bokaro and younger brother are working in SAIL but under pvt. firm. Both are married, we have own our House as well as we have govt. allotted house.
