Thoughts on Education system of our country

I have seen many MBA's Being churned out but they are working in Insurance Companies doing some salesman's job, our education system should be more practical and it should bring out the dynamism and entrepreneur ship in the individual for that we need some good teaching tools not monotonous professors repeating the same again and again like a stereo.

Brief description about me

I would like to introduce myself as Suresh Menon who hails from a poor middle class family with Post Graduation in IT and worked in various MNC's in different domains and has traveled all over the world.My strengths include being self motivated, confident and sharp and my major accomplishments include where i was challenged to change my skill sets as the technology i was working became obsolete, i took it in my stride and became a Test Consultant with a strong ERP background.In this IT Industry surviving for 20 years without any solid support and starting from scratch are my major accomplishments.

I Plan to start a full fledged consultancy firm of my own.

My Mother who is a widow and lost her husband at a very young age and she worked as a clerk to bring me up.

I would like to do a MS But my children are studying so iam skipping it due to financial reasons.

My family background

I lost my father when i was 5 years old, my mother luckily got a job in my fathers company as a clerk as i come from a poor middle class family we had tough times regarding money and i did my post graduation by working part time.Currently iam settled in bangalore married to a accountant and have 2 children aged 12 and 15 studying in bangalore Sindhi High School.

Important lesson learned

Lessons learn t are dont loose your confidence in bad times , have a good temperament and keep on learning as one says we are just a drop in the ocean.
