Could you tell us briefly about your family background?

Ex Army officer who worked in Directorate General of Security till 1987 then selected in Corporate in Bhivadi I changed jobs and came to Mumbai and have been here since then.I joined Corporate as Manager and rose to be Vice President, Director. now I run my own company www.Accessworldindia.com

Currently working at

Managing Director Accessworld, a man power placement company, looking after all the work pertaining to the company. Keeping P&L healthy or in profit is most important. That includes business development, getting appropriate work from colleagues and give complete satisfaction to the Clients.

Essential Advice

He should be appropriately qualified and must gain experience in the field by working in that kind of company/job. After he gets confidence that he can handle any job/problem he could start his career.

The Journey So Far

It has been quite a satisfactory journey though I feel still there are new horizons to be conquered. I am still young at 69 years and would like to take few more challenges of life.

Most Important Lessons

There is no alternatives to hard work. You need to get into situations and problems and solve them with the skill of a juggler and not a judge. Be honest and fare and let people realize it. You should get to know a job inside/out. Pay attention to smallest of details and attend them yourself.

Current and Previous Responsibilities

The buck stops here. there is no one to whom i can toss the ball. In previous assignments there was a scope to pass on the responsibility now there is none. The work now is your's and good or bad is yours.

A Fine Balance:

I mostly like to keep work and life separate. It should rarely mix except on extreme emergency. Do not carry files to your home after office hours or stay in the office only. Close all the worries at the office and get separated from work once you reach you home.

Most Important Decisions

Get familiar with the work areas on promotion and after changing the JOB/COMPANY in minutest details,so that you could understand new assignments and job and could complete it without problems. do not hesitate to learn from anyone, a senior or a junior colleague.

Plans for the Future

I am already on a high point in my career and would humbly like to continue as such.
