Important career decisions
In summer of 19 years of my age I can still remember how much shocked my mother were and how much afraid I was when I decided to do MBA from Pune But that was the most important decision I ever made in my life Once I left home I learned the meaning of Independence and Freedom I learn t to take life's important decisions alone. My parents were not there to guide me Whether it was about taking some specialization or was about making new friends,I had to make the all the decisions all by myself, Another important thing that I learned during my college days was Acceptance. In college people came from different places they were of different races, culture, background And there I learn t to be adaptive with other people, which I culdnt have at home.I think at home parents love us so much they change their self according to child demand But at the dormitory I was stying with other people and Iearnt to be accommodating and still this gives me immense experience in my professional & Persnol life
Handling Grievances
As a leader I think As soon as the grievance arise it should be identified and resolved.i will see the cause of grievance and will take decision to prevent repetition of this i will also go through with the review to execute the decision quickly & ignoring the fact, that it may or may not hurt the employees concerned after implementing the decision, i will follow-up to ensure that the grievance has been resolved completely and adequately.i think that the training part is very necessary to employees for effective & timely management of a grievance. This will lower the detrimental effects of grievance on the employees and their performance.

My advice
Learn from their leaders, try not to make mistakes as their managers do. work with honesty, do not run for money always especially do not leave your current company just for money, work ethically and train your team to work ethically if found any one guilty do not hide from management as you are the whole and sole responsible for your mate mistake, if possible ask him or her to resign by themselves, never make illegal contacts to increase sales or to complete task its always good to start late better then punishment of indulging with unusual activities. always learn from your juniors are really make sense when you plan something to achieve. always give equivalent position to your team mates whether he is performer or non performer, i would suggest to spend more time on client meeting or other projects with the mate who is non performer. try to read portals because there is so much to learn from. make yourself sound in IT because if you are not good in it you will definitely loose.

My views on India Technical development
There are several products are coming out but due to system of this country its not flashing in market. our politician wants us to be dependent on western countries as real example we can see Tata powere has made some canon for indian army but the govt. has denied to accept this in our system where as china is eagerly waiting for green signal of purchase from tata. thanks
