Influenced by

I am very much influenced by Nelson Mandela, a great leader of South Africa and Ratan Tata, a industrialist of India. Nelson Mandela faught with a good cause and despite of having prison of so many year his objectives of achieving independence to the country was same alike. The Ratan Tata has not only build a good industries for employment of peoples but his work towards the social activities are amazing and inseparable.

My family background

Born and brought up in MP, a small village in Betul district. Father was in government services in veterinary department and thus got received human values from beginning. I have some good academic achievements also. I am married to Harshita and enjoying our time together. My 2 brothers and 2 sister's are married and still living in Madhya Pradesh. My location change in every five year period due to job responsibilities.

Initiative to develop a country

The professional can be catalyst for development in rural areas where the migration can be stopped and helping the rural population to harness the potential of India to tap in every aspects of development i.e. education, natural resources, agriculture and ago-dairy industries.
Once the opportunities will be build the chain of success will be spread to make our nation towards a developed country.

A leader sees opportunity and captures it. The person should have vision to sees a future that can be different and better, and helps others see that picture too. He must acknowledge that cannot do it alone. He should be a coach and encourager.

An Electrical Engineering Graduate from RDVV, Jabalpur. Have got more than 18 year's experience n Manufacturing, Project Management of IT Solutions and Services, Product Management, ERP, IT Consulting, Teaching and Training.
Currently working with Bombardier Transportation India Limited and managing the rolling stock manufacturing facilities, workshop, and depots on all aspects of IT (Infrastructure, ERP, PLM, SLM etc.).
Working in an international organization of multi diversity culture.
I have been managing IT project using SDLC and Agile Methodologies in manufacturing and shipping companies. I believe in managing team with trusted partnership, where each team respects you and dedicated their objectives in achieving your project's scope and deliverable.

My role model

I am very fortunate till now in my career where I had always a very good line managers. The line manager's in previous companies has exceptional in their areas and built mile stones for the companies.
My present line manager Christoph Raupach based in Berlin (Germany) is my role model to execute my responsibilities in current role. He has very versatile personality and always have a thought process of 360 degree perspective and inspire me to execute the work with seamless effort.

Couple of years from now

I am looking forward to execute business role and contribute any organizations to grow with my experience and knowledge. I will be in a leading position to drive the organization in all aspects of business as well as corporate social responsibilities.

Thoughts on Education system of our country

The equal opportunities to be provided to all kind of peoples for their children in basic education. The school and college education should be interfaced with skill sets of industry requirement and thus every individual should be employable according to skill sets.

Important lesson learned

The hard work and attitude towards learning always help you to achieve your goals in the life. It does not matter the back ground, geographical locations etc to be success in life. I have been groomed in a very small village but never become any hurdles to achieve my goals and objectives of my career.

I am always ready to learn new technology and whenever get opportunity I will try to be master in any kind of work i.e. it may be programming, technical writing, machine repair, production process etc.

Yes, the certification and degree always help you to climb in your career and presently I am working to get degree in Executive MBA and certification in Function Point Analysis.

My achievements

I have successful execute most of the projects with success rate of 95% and my involvement in social development activities through an NGO in rural development despite of my busy schedule of work.
