Brief description about me

i work for prestigious organisation in Bangalore as senior oracle application DBA, having 9+ years of total experience. My Domain is Oracle Apps/Fusion Middle Ware/RAC.. etc.

Important lesson learned

Handle pressure on Crisis.
Help and mentor Newbie's or Juniors.
Coordination to Vendor/Client on major implementation which includes fix/thought of ideas which are new inversions.

Important decision

1) i always do ground work before take up any major decisions
2) i have taken one of good decision on property purchase
3) decision on relocation to different places on mine career life
4) taken decision on setup many proactive monitoring on Database servers which resulted in avoid down time.

My family background

Father is retired pharmasist and mother is house wife
i am alone son.
wife works for govt firm as high school teacher.

Thoughts on Education system of our country

1) should be more practical oriented rather more in to theory
2) should include latest technology like latest languages of software/ Hardware/ DB's.
3) Basic education system need to fine tune to become more strong in terms of common education to all irrespective of school/society/state.

Initiative to develop a country

invest finance and knowledge

Create more research and RND Jobs in india it self to become self indigenous.

Try and change political system by create aware ness on what we want and where we are and what we should do.
