The Journey So Far:

I started as a CSR for TataIndicom in Pune worked there for 8 years and I learned a thing about myself that I like to talk to other people. After this I joined Colorama Pharmaceuticals where I learned that not everyone would be around always, one needs to move on, leaving colorama was not easy but soon I started working with AcTax which taught me alot in my life specially, how to work with minimum resources, how to speak good english, how to listen what people say and how to solve their problems, AcTax gave me a international exposure and I felt its time to move on and I joined Sterling Hoffman, here I learned how to recruit people. I loved talking to people who had vast experience and what choices they made in their life and helping them to get the job. With I-Link it was a very short experience but I learned how to log in for long hours :). Implementing new ideas for promotions in EU & UK market,
Monitor existing affiliate’s performance and their websites too
Perform complex data analysis in support of ad-hoc and standing affiliate executive/manager’s request
Monitor affiliate activity, analyze performance, identify areas of improvement, and recommend ways to increase affiliate-generated revenues
Affiliate commercial analysis by country
Budget analysis and campaign analysis/planning
Lead and participate in training website managers (especially the country brand managers) in the best practices, customs, and culture of affiliate marketing
