Advice For New Professionals:

Research wok is required to be stand on industry otherwise vast updates in technology will throw us down. Self learning is the best ability of course enjoying to do work is another positive feature.

The Journey So Far:

Basically I worked for Narayana Junior College as a Chemistry EAMCET faculty. But due to my passion on computers, I used to provide training sessions on C language and other computer courses at my home while working as a chemistry lecturer. Later on I left my lecturer job and start my own computer training centre. It got huge response at Anakapalli which is my home town and Visakhapatnam. Later I worked for www.indianbillgates.com and SEOpact as a Digital Marketing Manager and SEO Team lead respectively. Then I got call from OMICS Group, Hyderabad and appointed as a Manager of SEO,SMO and Digital Marketing. My present organisation is located at Raheja Mindspace Hightech city, Hyderabad.

Degrees That Matter:

No, in my concern practical exposure and knowledge is important as compare with certifications. In some cases they may be useful. But for me all of certificates those I am having or not related to IT even though I am in IT as a Manager. You believe me or not, until now I haven’t stepped in an computer institute to learn something. I am a self learner.

The Decisions That Matter

Shifting into IT, that was the most important decision since I had the large curiosity to get the knowledge of internet technologies SEO, SMO, Digital marketing etc.,

Professional Strengths:

No doubt it is ‘planning strategy and implementation with my team members’. Juniors don’t know everything even some people didn’t think individually. For them, there is a less scope to do research work. I strongly believe that managerial skills are most important to lead sub ordinates. I think, I am best on that.

Plans For The Future:

I want to be the best digital marketing expert at Globe. I am hardly trying for that and updating my technical knowledge every day.

Job Profile:

My main role is here to lead 25+ members of SEO, SMO, ORM, Blog and Digital marketing executives. I need to look on various issues from scratch level.

Basically our company has a range of websites in different verticals.

During regular changes of Google algorithm, we also revise the things at on page and off page of SEO.Here I am applying various high end technical factors to get resolve reputation things. My own ORM strategies are working out here. Getting extraordinary results at PPC of Google and face book is another asset.

I am proud to say I prepared one blog to my company, www.sciencesblog.org. It was completely designed, coded, featured by me only. Within 4 months the Google page ranks shifts from 0 to 4. Later I developed 6 blogs in different verticals. My MD personal site is also in my catalogue. It has got PR3 within 2 months.

My company online traffic has been increased from 60K visits per month to 3.8 lakh per month.

Working Life Management:

Of course for everybody it is required. Need to learn more time management skills. I am wasting some of my time due to unplanned things. So proper planning is required for my work life also. It requires to do some paper work. If we have many works, we start on priority wise only.

Prized Accomplishment(s):

They are two things one is, I received individual youth award from Union Ministry of India.
Another one is 2 sites www.sciencesblog.org and www.srinubabu.com those are created and developed by me have got prestigious Google page ranks 4 and 3 respectively within 2 months. Any SEO person in world has to appreciate for this.

Family Background

My father is a retired principal of A.M.A.L College, Anakapalli , mother house wife. I have 2 sisters one had expired in the time of her pregnancy. Another one is my elder. She stays with her family at Visakhapatnam.
I am married and my wife Hemalatha. We have two kids Vatsal and Bhaveet (2nd Standard and Nursery)

Career Profile:

Online Reputation Management and Media relation works are added. I am trying to fulfill as much as I can.
