As a C.A.O, I managed the total organizational and operational
aspects of the Lead India 2020 the 2nd National Movement. This
included planning of Manpower, Budgets, Finance, Accounts, Stocks
and Inventories, Projects and Proposals, Tie-ups, Data
Management, Apart from these I also managed the web movement,
including the maintenance, promotion, web design, scripts etc.
Lead India 2020 has a membership base of more than ten lakh in
Andhra Pradesh.
In this year Lead India has trained more than
three lakh students. I have planned the total logistics related
to this and the related costing.
Lead India 2020 is inspired
by the vision of the former President of India Dr. A P .J. Abdul
Kalam. Who guides the organisation and participates in all the
important events of the movement.
I joined this organisation
with a motto to serve the society as such I did not take salary.
