Brief description about me
This is in fact first and the most difficult question of yours. While accepting the challenge, I define myself as good, hardworking, enthusiastic and keen to learn.
Important career decision
I had always tried to redefine things. The most important decision was to select engineering with computer science as a career option and then entrepreneurship (Techphilic INC and Atthah Infomedia Pvt. Ltd.) at the time when people fight for interviews, campus and heavy packages.
Degree that matters
No, I don’t think so. I opt for learning, rather than certifications.
My prospective towards freshers
Everyone is a fresher when he/she starts the career.  If no one hires a person, then where shall one get experience? Experiences are not sold in the market!Hiring a fresher is not a risk. A fresher is always the one who shows intense love towards his job.
Strongest skill
I accept challenges and love to take risks in life. I am an optimist. And I always do what I decide once.
My role model
Chanakya and Ramcharitmanas for sure.Chanakya’s thoughts are good for taking strong decisions in life. Same is true for Ramcharitmanas, but it also helps finding a way when I have multiple avenues and I find it difficult to decide which one is good for me.
Family background
My father is serving Bihar Education Service and my mother is a housewife. Although I don’t belong to a business class family, it was not difficult to make them agree for my startup. I had always been supported by my parents and enjoyed the liberty to take decisions myself.
Advice to young generation
Never follow a trend. Be a trend setter. In simple words, don’t choose any course/certification/degree for someone else. Just do what you love. And you will excel.
My point of view
India is a young country in the hands of old people. These people are the one who landed in the non-technical era. Today, a young kid is familiar with i-pads and Dish TV, he can use gesture to operate i-pad or can change the channel with remote. Ask the politicians the age when they first used or interacted with these simple devices of present world. The government and the policies are the one who restricts India to emerge as a tech manufacturing power.
