Implementation strategy using ASAP methodology (Project
Preparation, Business Blue Print, Realization, Final
Preparation, Go-Live & Support) With following
responsibilities: 1. Project Preparation Phase comprised Project
Initiation, Project Requirements gathering, and Project
Charter. 2. Business Blue Print Phase comprised of making
database diagrams, business process flow diagrams using UML
designing and understanding the SAP Landscape. 3. Realization
Phase included documenting functional & Technical specifications.
Frontend developments using Web Dynpro Java and backend
development in SAP database (solution manager). Also Extensive
testing based on Test plan document and preparation of User
Manual. 4. Final Preparation Phase included End User training,
submission of Updated Technical specifications and migrating
developed contents from development server to production
server. 5. Go-Live & Support Phase included product support to
the end User and resolving live business process issues.
