About Shiv Ganesh Athmanathan
Shiv has a Masters Degree in Business Administration and a Masters' Diploma in PM&IR. He has over fifteen + years of experience in executive search, marketing, sales and business operations.
Shiv specializes in the search and appointment of senior level executives for organisations in Information Technology, Telecom, R&D , Retail/CPG, Pharma and Aerospace sectors. With his aptitude for learning and his ability to understand and evaluate people, he finds his career in executive search fulfilling and satisfying.
He is committed to understanding the job as much as a client does and applying a systematic approach with discipline and rigour to provide the clients with quality candidates who achieve long term success for the client organisations.
Shiv has 7+ years of executive search experience with EMA Partners International, ABC Consultants and Omam International. In his last assignment, with EMA Partners International as an Associate Director he was handling a P&L responsibility. Previously he was heading the IT, Telecom vertical & senior search assignments (nationally) in ABC Consultants. He has the track record of successfully completing numerous CXO search assignments for clients across industry verticals. Over the years he has been able to develop and manage excellent relationships with C-suite executives with different functional and industry background.
Prior to his career move into executive search, he had worked for CEAT limited an automotive Tyres manufacturer and a Business venture in auto, trading and telecom industries.
Have had the opportunity of mentoring highly successful teams , a certified Thomas Profiling assessor.
