I have two brothers one elder and one younger, elder one is working with Agricultural department and younger is studying
Intellectual Recommendations
I would recommend Winning by jack welch and wings of fire by APJ Abdul Kalam. Me being an engineer have always referred to W3 schools for learning new things in software field. Also onestoptesting.com gives good insight about testing
Advice for Additional Certifications
I would say for every tester ISTQB certification is a plus point which helps in being a good tester
I would say NONE. We should learn how to deal different people with a different approach. But yes i don't feel comfortable with gender bias people
My Vision
I wanted to do my executive MBA once i complete my 3 years of work experience. So, i definitely see myself as a manager 5 years down the line
Opportunity to start your Career again
I will definitely aspire to become a Business Analyst
Future of QA
Support from my manager and lead to do the things in my way and after that a word for appreciation always boosts me up to give all the more better performance next time
Contribution to the field
Job satisfaction ofcourse, but at a certain level of career money does makes a difference
Yes i have worked twice or thrice nights and very few days on weekends, the thing i learned is sometimes we have to work extra hours to deliver product on time and to meet the customer satisfaction. And it is always fruitful in the long run to work under stress sometimes
Your success mantra
As of now i had only 2 years of work experience and the things i learned till now is very beneficial for me. I can't say successful yet, but yeah i am in the correct path for it.
I always wanted to be an engineer by profession, and even completed my engineering with honors. So, to prove my skills i always wanted to be in technology profession. Testing has always interest me, because we always have the freedom to go in and out and test the functionality
Situation where you played important role as a team player
Due to some reasons our team lead has to leave the company without even a notice period . At that time inspite of panicking and making things difficult i bonded well with the team members and coordinated with them to meet all the challenges at work place
How improved your Knowladge
I always try to refer documents on testing and even i am in the process of learning testing tools which will always be an asset to my career
