I have been influenced by My Previous Reporting Director-Mr. Neeraj Bansal while my career with RIPL group. A he taught me allot about business tactics and how to take the critical decesion in a stress situation.

Qualities needed to become a successful leader

The most important thing is to understand other points & situations. Rather than just imposing your own principals to them. We must understand the team spirit and importance of each members to establish a good team and to keep motivate them. We may need to go to extra mile than our routine job.

I have 13 years post qualification experience in India & International Retail Industry and worked with several profile from Customer Service Executive-to-Middle Management and recent a Country Manager for one of the luxury perfume brand from GCC in India. I have handled multiple department with a team of 100+ people of different nationals while working abroad. Gone through various tough time and stood as a pillar for the organisation and for my team. My Father is a retired business man. He was running a Dairy Farm for the milk distributions and my Grand Father was also in this business for good 30 years, He had won the title of Thekedar (Giant Wholesaler) in entire UP East Zone. My Wife and mom are houswifes and elder brother working with USHA Sriram Group into Logistics

Thoughts on Education system of our country

Education system in India is quite good but we could more into it. Like we can introduce more and more practical industry specific courses, Indian Govt should control the private education bodies in India for there crazy fees and other charges. As that only could encouraging poor people of country for a viable education system.

My strongest skill

Honesty, Integrity, Dedication, Team Management, Learning attribute and last but not the least never give up attitude.

I keep on reading the business management books, articles and attending few good seminars to enhance my professional skills. Very soon planing to do an executive MBA through IIM.
