I am heading HR in QAzone Infosystems Pvt Ltd.
My role is to :

- payroll management
- competitive analysis
Family background
I am from a lower middle class family from Himachal Pradesh.
Father was on a clerical post in IB and mother has been a home maker throughout.
Team Management
Rebuilding morale, positive behavior, care and support for each other is the key to promote healthy environment.
Teams interaction among each other should be very supportive even though they have competitive environment. To achieve such thing we need to have a nice hr policy in place.
Tech Management matters more on
Employee relation, team handling skills.
My views on India Technical development
We need to focus on country development instead of personal. Technology is the key to bring out tech product and we are catering that to other countries. Indian base is also very weak where in they should provide enough opportunities to Indian techy's in india only. Even Indian companies are not getting enough funds from the government for research and development.
Ensuring Growth
First of all we should not be bossy, secondly we should keep focus on our personal and companies growth at the same time. Keep ourselves updated in this world and keep people updated around you. One should become a source of knowledge in depth so that you outshine and give right direction to your team.
Leadership qualities
Ability to impart knowledge and engage employees under you. Show good team spirit and motivate everyone around you. Stay positive all the time. And most important stay ethical all the time.

Well I cant give count because my learning is not only from one person. I learn from everyone everyday. Still I can say that my father guided me well
and he was able to do it nicely. He told me once that there was no one to guide him so he didnt even knew what his talents are.
Managing personal and professional life
One should have a ability to forcast things. To connect the right dots our self analysis should be that strong so that we are prepared for anything whether its your personal or professional front. Who says that leader dont make mistakes.. they do and true leaders follows this thought only... :The only real mistake is the one from which we learn nothing" Basically learning comes from mistakes only. To be a true leader we should not be learning only from our mistakes, from others mistakes too. Thats why I feel that we should be updated and thorough to be at par.
Handling Grievances
Listen to the employee without interrupting. Get to the root cause of his or her issue. Check if everything is going as per the company HR policy and code of conduct. Give turn around time for the resolution. Follow up and then resolution. If issue is critical then involve other parties or follow escalation matrix.

Successfully setting up HR policies.
Employee engagement programme.
Engaging company in social responsibilities.
Implementation of Rewards and recognition programme.
My advice
I would advice him or her to be the best and true mentor. To be available with transparency. And spread motivation and positive energy.
In any case our upcoming management leader is actually going to be the one who has it all.
Important career decisions
I have worked with IT&T , IBM and now with QAzone Infosystems, my most important career decision was to be a part of HR. You have to be in the system to change the system. HR plays important role in companies. I was not able to do or perform several things in other departments which I could do only in HR
