Could you tell us briefly about your family background?

I am the the only son of my parents, with a younger sister. My wife is an Enterpreneur and I am blessed with 2 daughters.

Plans For The Future:

I see my self reaching a higher level of maturity and satisfaction in all spheres of life

Job Profile:

 Responsible to CE & MD.
 Responsible for creating Visibility, Awareness & Brand for the Company.
 Responsible for 100 Cr per annum advertisement business as a profit centre
 Capability building in the above areas
 Responsible for CSR activities of the company.
 Plan and implement effective cost management initiatives.
 Maintain contact with the government/social movers & shakers of the City.
 Provide leadership, direction and motivation to the team thereby helping them to achieve their targets and bring the best potential out of them.

I am high risk taker, I would have taken even more risks in important decisions

Working Life Management:

This is very intresting and my favorate questions to answer. Time is available in plenty with me. I plan in advance and do not change unless it is absolutely necessary. I know how to say NO and activites not planned need to be left for future date.

Very exciting. If you read my profile, even though I have not changed much of the jobs, I had not worked more than 2 years in the same business or at the same place. I had experience of working in diverse field and always come out with flying colors only to explore something new which is not done in the past

I am responsible for the corporate communication, PR of the company along with profit center for the advertising business. The only difference I feel is here I have to convince many, to take a decision, in my previous job, I had only to convince myself.
