Changes in the industry
I started career in testing as a support function to do a final check before production release. The entire Product management, Business requirement, Technology phase was a black screen for me.
Today, I play a key role being involved from initiation to delivery and beyond

1. You cannot control the time for delivery of a product. What you can control is how best you perform with time at hand.
