Could you tell us briefly about your family background?
My father, a farmer cum building contractor and Mother, a responsible housewife. Both of them started their life under poverty line and Its all about God's grace through which we came up in life. My father's qualification is just 8th standard and My Mother stopped going to college after her 1st year completion of Bsc in Botany. I admire both of them for their hard work and also for being more responsible.
Currently working at
I worked as a Project Engineer in Wipro Technologies, Chennai. I quitted Wipro in the year April 12,2013 to continue with my Management Studies. Currently, doing MBA under the specialization Lean Operations and Systems at Christ University, Bangalore.
Most Important Lessons
Team spirit, Respect for each other, Learn things and move forward, Create processes, Gather knowledge as much as possible, Raise your voice for right things, etc

Changes in the industry
Technology have grown so much. There are lot things happening in the testing Industry. Industries are moving into digital environment. India's defense ministry have given Wipro the authority to digitalize the defense records. So there are lot things to be put in place to achieve the expected Quality. The entire testing experience is becoming automated now. There are various packages coming up to run various testing suites. So the testing industry is really facing the challenges and the best thing is that the sector is moving forward successfully.
Points of inflection
Inflection points would be understanding the customer requirements thoroughly, understanding the vision and mission of the Organization clearly, Understanding the effectiveness of Communication and recording your voice at the right time.
Plans for the Future
I would like to see myself as a good working professional who can understand the customers and their requirements. I want to see myself as an effective Manager who can take up the challenges courageously. I want to see myself as an entrepreneur which will help me building my own Organization with a highly valued culture.
A Fine Balance:
Its all about managing your time. Its all about utilizing the resources effectively and efficiently. Strictly stick on to the deadlines. Its all about passion and energy which will always help in managing the challenge of work life balance.
Degrees that Matter
There is no such pre-degrees needed to improve your testing skills. Once you enter the IT sector, you will definitely undergo various training's and it will enhance your skills. It will give you an idea. But testing domain need lot of knowledge which will help in problem solving. So learn as much as you can in the area of new technologies and softwares, read about the recent challenges the industry is facing, read professionals insights about the technologies and business, etc. This will actually enhance you in acquiring excellent knowledge in various skills. Keep in mind that it is important to read various leadership books which will highly focuses on problem solving techniques.
Tech trends to watch out for
One of the trend is Automation. Trends are something which gives us the solution to overcome the loop holes and errors.
The Journey So Far
I joined Wipro in the year 2011. I have undergone various training's initially. I worked for two major telecom projects namely Alcatel and Technicolor Thomson. It was all life learnings and professional growth overall.
Essential Advice
Have enough patience, be innovative, Think different, look at a problem from different perspectives, believe in team work, keep up to date knowledge on technologies, etc.
Parting thoughts
Do not lose confidence. Success will not come all of a sudden, but it takes a little time. It will stay forever. Always remember the fact that "the finest steel has to go through the hottest fire".
Role Model
To me, its always my Dad and Mom who are the great Inspirations. I always feel that I am lucky to have them as my parents. Most of my life learning's comes from them.
Current and Previous Responsibilities
Currently I am a student who is enjoying my college days. Roles would be self learning's, dealing with both necessary and unnecessary case studies, dealing with both updated and outdated subjects, etc. Right now, doing the Summer Internship in Services Sector. Life goes on.
