Views about 'Tech product Introduction is weak among Indians'
I agree with that India has surplus manpower and infrastructure, but in addition with that is we are lagging way behind in R&D than other countries. We never spend capital in R&D, rather India follows the trend of expanding fund on buying technologies and MARKETING them according to their targeted consumers. And Also we don't have any platform where our manpower and resources can perform and be efficient.

If we talk about solution, BIG GIANTS like tata, rel and Govt of India should invest more in R& D sector, then automatically manufacturing sector will get boost.
My important career decision
I remember how much shocked my parents were and how much scared I was when I decided to leave home to attend my college in a different city. But, that was the most important decision I had ever made.
Once I left home. I learnt the meaning of Independance and Freedom. At first I had felt somewhat uncomfortable of being away from home and away from the parental guidance. Because for the first time I was all by myself. Then I realised I was Independant. There I learnt to take life's important decisions, alone. My parents were not there to guide me through the right track. Whether it was about taking some course or was about making new friends, I had to make the all the decisions wisely all by myself.
My advice
1. Accept Your Newbie Status and the Work that Comes with It.
2. Stay Organized and Never Miss a Deadline.
3. Pay Attention to the Company Culture.
4. One thing you likely learned in school that carries over to the real world: asking questions is important. Your boss and your coworkers want nothing more than for you to do your job correctly the first time, and the best way to do that is to ask questions when you're starting out. Be sure you actively listen to the answers, and ask followup questions so you avoid miscommunication.
