MSQUARE BUILDTECH & CONSULTANCY SERVICES PVT LTD is a Construction Project Mangement Consultancy (CPMC) Services Company registered in Bangalore, and with its branches/projects in Chennai and Kochi. Our portfolio has been growing swiftly, thanks to some good referrals and the proverbial word of mouth.
mSquare have the following Projects in our kitty:
- 5 Towers of High-rise apartments with 550 units and BUA of 6.5 lakh sft in Siruseri, Chennai – Under Construction
- 42 high-end independent villas in Kelambakkam, Chennai – Under Construction
- 2 Towers of high-end, high-rise apartments with about 80 units and BUA of about 2.5 lakh sft plus supporting amenities like clubhouse – Concept stage
- An independent Residential villa of 4000 sft on 15,000 sft of Plot area in Kochi - Design Stage
- We also are carrying out miscellaneous assignments like QS services, Interior Fitouts & Civil works.

My family background
LIve with my parents, spouse and 2 children. Manasi, my beautiful & intelligent daughter is 15 years old. A bundle of energy in the form of a brat, my son, is 10 years old. Both of them are enjoying life to the fullest irrespective of the fact that they need to keep "growing up"...!!
