Ensuring success

With the experience of working in various organizations of repute, building my own organization. I am currently working on doing the ground work to set up my organization "Leela IT solutions", and also on my other area of interest,i.e, singing. I want to venture into IT Training, Consulting, Services, Application & Development. I have launched my first devotional album and also establishing organization called "Leela Sai Musicals". Planning to release 10 albums in another 3-4 years of time.

Influenced by

My Parents have influenced me a lot because they live very simple life style and made us also live like that. The simplicity helps you in adopting to any kind of situation. They have also taught me to live honestly and putting best of efforts every time. in the similar way I am spiritually influenced by Shirdi Sai's preechings as mentioned "Shraddha & Saburi" meaning what ever we do we should do with fullest of interest and should have patience with confidence. Last but not the least my better half who is my best critic whether its official or personal.

Degree that I recommend

I think that I should complete my PMP certification for my professional and should learn Carnatic music for my singing career.

My strongest skill

Self Belief, Calm and quite irrespective of difficult situations, Better understanding of goals (Individual as well as Organizational) and plan of action to achieve.

Sales & Marketing Professional with good understanding of IT Products, Solutions & Services. Having over 8 years of managerial experience of working for National Multinational companies. Highly focused with a comprehensive knowledge and understanding of ERP, BPM, DMS, MPS, Enterprise Content Management (ECM) Solutions. Experienced in selling to Large Strategic Accounts across Enterprise.

Currently running own business and also working on short term business assignments. Working towards completion of PMP certification. Looking at expanding the business across the South by another 3 years and to PAN India in another 5 years. Good understanding of end to end Sales Cycle from Strategy to Implementation. Can Lead and guide the team to achieve the deliverables and helping the organization to attain its Goals.
Also a professional singer, released first devotional album on 14th October 2013. Working on couple of other albums also.

My achievements

While working with organizations of repute like HCL, Xerox India I was awarded by the Management for excellency in performance. I will be happy once I establish my organization and build the next generation team.

My family background

I am the eledest son of a family of 4 children. My father is a retired Banker. My mother is a home maker. My younger brother is working in USA and he did his MS from USA. My youngest brother is Chartered Accountant working in USA. My sister did her B.Tech and stays in USA with my brother in law. My better half is a home maker and developing as a professional singer.

Initiative to develop a country

Rather than blaming others and blaming existing systems one should focus on their strengths and work on improvements. This will help individual growth and as as result help in organizational growth. Once we have strong organizations and strong skilled manpower by default we can have strong nation.

Important lesson learned

Not to think much about past, plan & look for a better tomorrow by working on today...

Thoughts on Education system of our country

Rather than working on ranking system one should look at individually what we are gaining while coming out of that institution...it matters a lot.

Person should lead by Example, honesty, self belief as well as team.

My role model

Swami Vivekananda..... Swami Vivekananda.....and Swami Vivekananda. Though he live for a short period the impression he left is permanent. Not only he has convinced his own county men he has left a long lasting impression on global arena.
