Thoughts on Education system of our country
Education studies in India is quite outdated. It needs to be updated quite frequently, so that students get chance to learn on latest technologies in the industry.

Students should be allowed to select subjects which are of interest to them.
My role model
Rafal Nadal. When he started his career, he was good on Clay court, but he fought hard to win on Grass and Hard courts and thereby all the Grand Slams. He is very hard working in nature.

Similarly, my life is full of hardships and had to struggle to succeed in life.
Important decision
After being unable to join L&T post Graduation, came to Pune and doing computer courses. This was a changing period in my life and my entry into the IT industry.
Ensuring success
Attending meetups and webinars, writing blogs on latest Cloud and BigData technologies is the way to go which helps gain and share experiences with wider audience. Inhouse lab also helps gain experience on new tools and products that come into the market.
Influenced by
My parents who guided me from time to time and had vision for me becoming an Engineer.
Important lesson learned
(1) Assigned task should be done with full dedication, no matter how big or small the task is. Sometimes it is required to deliver with quality for a small task which helps in becoming a perfectionist.

(2) Hard work is required is all stages of life. There is nothing called as easy food, so it is important to keep fighting for the goal you want to achieve.

(3) When working on complex tasks, try to understand big picture of what the ultimate goal is. This helps in deciding on approach that is suitable to achieve the goal. It also helps in regular assessment of where things stand.
