Noteworthy Achievements :-
(i) Initiated and successfully handled several money recovery suits against Domestic and International defaulted-clients of the company. Only few cases have ended-up in litigation, while the majority of the recovery cases have been settled through issue of Legal Notice and negotiation.
(ii) Appeared for the Company and won a ‘Trade Mark registration’ case against a Supreme Court Advocate appeared for a renowned company.
(iii) By drafting/ensuring execution of agreements in proper form, advising timely precautions to departments of the company like Network, Finance, Administration and HR in their day-to-day activities, ensured smooth functioning of the Company.
(iv) Independently managing Legal Department of the Company for the past 4 years 07 months.
