Most important decision
"Moving to Mumbai for my Job". I have done my studies in Tumkur district of Karnataka. First time I had to travel outside my home town for the job and that too my posting was in Mumbai, and we all know that Mumbai lifestyle is different than any other city of India . Moving from a town to Mumbai metro-city for a girl who never stepped out of her home-town alone was challenging. Also convincing my mother was nothing but another challenge.
Degree that matters
Would like to do certification in SAP-ABAP and have a plan of doing M.Tech. These two would boost my career. I have interest in teaching profession also. So can move towards teaching career which would bring me more job satisfaction.

My role model
Yes. I would be glad to share about that person. I get inspired, gain confidence and strength by my Father, a person with great self-respect, confidence and commanding nature. I always try to learn his decision making techniques and adopt his far thinking nature. Self-dependency in him always makes me to try to be self-dependent as far as possible because self-dependency teach us to take our decisions, confidence on our decisions and we can survive wherever we are.
Upcoming Trends
SAP-HANA would be a game changer.
My goal
I would like to categorize my goals into two, one personal & other professional goals:
1) A professional goal is, I want to see myself as Team or Project Lead with subject Matter expert in my area of work in next 5 years.
2) A personal goal is, I would like to raise a beautiful family along my husband.

We are totally 6 members in family. A strong father working as Superintendent, a friendly mother also working as Superintendent in Woman and Child Development Department, Karnataka. A brother who is an entrepreneur and two beautiful elder sisters. The eldest one working in an NGO & second sister working as Lecturer of Sociology.
Advice from elders
I have my own principles in life which are raised by adopting the advices given by elders. Once I was advised by my father which I would like to mention here “Think from all the possible directions before taking a decision “. This taught me the method of taking decision or the way of approaching a conclusion.
My achievements

2) Seeing offer letter as Software Engineer after passing out Engineering.
Second one makes me proud because it fulfilled my parent’s wish for me and made them feel proud.
Advice to young people
1) Value the time and use it efficiently.
2) Use the money, don't let yourself be used by money.
3) Whatever the height of success a person reach, he should never forget to give value to relationship. It can be either love, friendship, or blood relations, because relationships will be the support for our life with whom we can share the happiness of success.
My point of view
I would like to make my answer simple “A leader with passion, vision & Mission is missing in India”.
