I advice to newcomers that there is no shortcut to be succeed you must believe in yourself more than your luck. do hard work and try to be honest with yourself as well as others. Everything can be achieved with a moral character.

Way to ensure growth

I plan a lot to achieve my goals when i feel that now i can do better than i start to execute my plan, this makes me satisfy to work according my plan. I prefer to be calm as well as wise during working hours.

Challenges in profession

There are so many challenges, but in recent time the problem of plenty is making accounting/finance profession more difficult because there are so many accounting professional whose are unemployed and ready to work on lower salary.

Achievements

There are so many achievements in my life which may/may not be related to this profession, but i think that i have to continue till end. it is not necessary to tell about achievements because it is more necessary to learn from mistakes.

My field is as challenging as other major fields, if a person want to be successful in this industry he should be aware of many things, he must be ready to face new challenges as well he should be careful about his/her career goals. courage is must to execute your planning.
