About Ravindra Gavande
Hi, I am a Recruitment Consultant. I have worked in the Corporate world in HR for about 20 years for Companies like Mahindra & Mahindra, CEAT, Blue Star, Voltas. and Indofil Chemicals Co. My last assignment was as DGM HR with Bombay Dyeing. After that I am doing recruitment mainly in Textiles, Engineering, IT and Insurance field. I am an Engineer and MA in Psychology. It is very tough doing recruitments today, but I am enjoying doing it.... and will be getting into Career Guidance soon....
