I am founder and director of Masaledani Media & Advertising and being a director I want to involve in each and every process my company does in any project, because I don't like to sit on a big chair and give orders. ;)

Done Differently:

If I had to start my career all over again I would love to be a student of Film Making but nevertheless I am making and creating ad films now without getting a formal training.

Job Profile:

I am running an Advertising Agency, a production house and I am myself a freelance professional photographer and my role is same even in doing three things parallely, i.e TO BE BETTER......always

Degrees That Matter:

No formal degrees but yes, a certificate of hard work, degree of devotion and a business doing sense.

Growth Strategy:

I am an auto didactic guy...so I always keep myself busy in researching about my competitors , about my company, what my and other companies providing to the clients. And I always share about new technologies and other things with my co-workers.

Plans For The Future:

In a couple of years I want to see myself Happy and satisfied with what I am doing now, i.e Making Ads, Clicking Pictures & Designing.

Working Life Management:

To keep a balance I never keep any one thing on top in priority list, it keeps on changing according to the things and this is because I have given a particular amount of time to every important thing my family. Be its my family, my friends or my girlfriend ;)
