Important decision
Being a Financial Consultant at Almoayyed Computers, from December 2008 to December 2010, where I had good exposure working on onsite Middle East Microsoft Dynamics ERP projects and Pre Sales work.

Joining as a Project Manager at Larsen and Toubro InfoTech, Mumbai, was also an important decision. L&T InfoTech is a part of the diversified Larsen and Toubro group, established in 1938. It is SEI-CMMi v1.2 Level 5 Company and also has ISO-9001:2008 certification.

Thoughts on Education system of our country
While India boasts of having the third largest higher education system in the world, the reality is that the country is facing a severe shortage of skilled people who enter the workforce. The reason for such a contrasting situation is the extremely low quality of education in India, of course, with some notable exceptions, owing mainly due to a weak schooling system. A possible way-out from this situation is privatization of the education system, which, in India, is predominantly publicly funded.

Privatization of education has the potential to improve the quality of education as well as to reduce costs. However, to ensure access to education for all, the government must design an effective transfer-payment system. The transfer-payment system will ensure a regular periodic payment from the government to the guardians of the respective students enrolled in private schools to take care of the educational costs.
My role model
Mr. Murthy is my role model. It is because:

You might fail, but get started

Learn from mistakes and move on. In 1976, Murthy founded Softronics, a company that lasted a year and a half. When he realised that his first venture wasn't taking off, he moved on.

Think Big. Don't Hesitate to Start Small

In 1981, a determined Murthy started Infosys with Rs 10,000 he borrowed from his wife. In few years, Infosys went on to become one of the largest wealth creators in the country.

Cut Yourself a Slice, Not a Large One Always

When Infosys was set up, Murthy took a pay cut while salaries of other co-founder's were increased by 10 percent. According to Murthy, a leader needs to show his or her sacrifice and commitment.

Lend a Hand and Throw in a Foot Too

After Murthy convinced seven of his colleagues, there was a problem. Nandan's future inlaws were not sure about him. Murthy met Nandan's uncle and convinced him.

Own Up, and Then Clean Up
Qualities needed to become a successful leader
Mission: Leaders know what their mission is. They know why the organization exists. A superior leader has a well thought out (often written) mission describing the purpose of the organization. That purpose need not be esoteric or abstract, but rather descriptive, clear and understandable. Every employee should be able to identify with the mission and strive to achieve it.
Vision: Where do you want your organization to go? A vision needs to be abstract enough to encourage people to imagine it but concrete enough for followers to see it, understand it and be willing to climb onboard to fulfill it.
Goal: How is the organization going to achieve its mission and vision and how will you measure your progress? Like a vision, goals need to be operational; that is specific and measurable.
