Career Expectations

I have been equipping myself as the industry is having a tough times due to the economy. I am very happy that i have been certified by Indian Testing Board as a Certified Tester in Foundation Level and more over i am equipping myself very strongly in the banking domain.

Family Background

I am the elder most son in my family. My dad works for Tamilnadu Government as a Tahsildar in Theni District, My mom is a teacher but now a housewife due to her health constraint. I have a younger sister she is studying Computer Science engineering first year.

About Myself

I am working with Infosys Limited for the past 2.7 years as a Software testing Executive. I have been associated with Silicon India for the past 5 years. It has been my immense pleasure to give this interview for Silicon India which has made me learn lot of things.

Favorite subject

My Strongest Subject is Software Testing as that is my cup of tea. These days i am more focused on Quality Assurance which will be a booming factor in India as everyone will look for a quality product which is affordable to all .

Most flourishing college experience

I was very much impressed when i got a chance to talk in open source talk. Where i talked about Open source software. Where i have been rewarded by Uma Shankar IAS,ELCOT, Tamilnadu at Madurai.

Time Management

I would always use a time sheet in my mind where i will schedule the top priority as A, Next as B, Least priority as C, Additional or value added works as D. but i will make sure that i complete all A,B,C,D before the EOD

View s for better India

I would like to say that we should create a page in face book where we should conduct regular meet with the students community and encourage them to help for our nation

My uniqueness

I would always say one thing as a unique thing about me. I would never give up unless and until i feel that it is not needed for me. Else i will keep on try for the one which i need to get.

Spare time activities

I love listening to classical Carnatic music, Play cricket and basket ball in my spare time

Most influenced factor

i always remember warren buffet when it comes to investment. So when i started my studies i thought that i am investing and should get a better return and i am starting to equip myself day by day. So that i can achieve a lot by becoming an entrepreneur soon.

First Job Expectation

I would always say that dont go behind a job. have a good communication skill so that you can tell about you and differentiate yourself from others better than anyone else. So that the job offers will chase you.

Challenges facing by students

I would always think that education have become a great business where student has to pay a lot as their fee. Moreover the reservation seats etc has to be abolished Merit based seats will be a better option for a bright nation

Most proud accomplishment

when i cleared my Berlitz test for communication and passed in that i was really happy and the same thing when i completed Harvard Manage Mentor Suite i was really surprised about those accomplishments.

I have read some famous books like one minute manager, Who moved my cheese, Emotional intelligence, which made me to be a humanitarian.
