My wife Sangeetha works with Philips Electronics as Engineering Manager and our daughter Sara is 18 months old.

Current and Previous Responsibilities

I run corporate/information security for my company. Responsible for running the security program as per global security policy, maintain compliance with relevant security standards for 4 different BUs. Managing physical security is a new responsibility that's different from my previous profile.

Plans for the Future

Evolve as a matured security leader by enhancing skills and knowledge. May be take up more responsibiliites across geographies.

Most Important Decisions

Shifted from non-IT to IT field. Peaked quite early in IT career, was just 26 years when I joined G4S Security Services to head their Cyber Security Division...quite unusual for IT pros to make a shift into non-IT company. Also, moved into Animation & Film industry from IT....unconventional shift.

Points of inflection

When I boldly decided to join G4S as head of Cyber Security Division...the transformation from a techie to a managerial role. It gave insights in different domains..learning curve was quite steep!
Joined Technicolor to set up security program from ground up as individual contributor.
