Could you tell us briefly about your family background?
I have 2 elder sisters who are well settled in their respective carrers. My parents are retired central Govt employees
Done Differently:
I would have awaited until i had 2-3 job offers in hand and would have chosen the best.
Advice For New Professionals:
They should be ready to take up any challenge assigned to them from day one of their career.
Working Life Management:
I strongly believe becoming a workaholic does not improve your bottom-line or productivity. Judge your work and deliver accordingly
Degrees That Matter:
I am already a SAP HCM and ITIL V2 certified consultant and i would like to do my PMP certification shortly
The Decisions That Matter
1) First was to do my SAP HCM functional certification.
2) To attend Technical/Non technical training, which helped me to be up to date in my domain
Changes In The Professional Environment:
It have changed drastically. Now everything is more challenging and we need to achieve in a short span
Prized Accomplishment(s):
1) I Received excellent client feedback multiple times and got project start award
2) Being a technical consultant, i have done my SAP HCM functional certification
Role Model:
My Role model is my mom. In spite of being mother of 3 kids, she balanced her professional life and personal life with ease. We never felt the difference of she being a working mother and was always available for us when we needed

My current responsibilities include, mentoring freshers, code critical and complex deliverable.Work multiple assignments as part of shared services

The Journey So Far:
It have been a roll a coaster ride. Ups and downs. Im proud to have survived it with my hard work and passion to excel myself everytime
