I write poems, host debets, and love cross cultural activities, love cooking and travelling
Current and Previous Responsibilities
Currently I am managing 3-4 teams in testing, delivery model creation and also working on global transformation for one of the leading FMCG production company. Yes, quite a lot in change, Less micro and more on Macro, more on quntitative delivery and relationships.
Required Reading
Generic Books: Straight from guts of JFK, rich dad poor dad, less book on your field and more on related field and cross domain.

On Testing: Learn basic testing from any good institute and excel with lots of practices/hands on automation, reliability, performance, process quality.
Role Model
My role model is many people, One lady names Girija used to be very strong on QA/testing understanding and a strong understading in development, I am very much inspired with Ratan tata with his dedication and contribution in world of bunsiness, Azim Premji for his coolness
Most Important Lessons
Deliver on time, within budget with 100% demands, maintain strong Relationship management with client and good ppl management within company
Changes in the industry
Quite a lot, initially manual testing, test process used to be the bread and butter. Now automation plays a very major role along with strong knowledge of business process. Many different track of testing opened up ( performance, automation, capacity, reliability etc.)
Plans for the Future
Working wth at least 2-3 companies and consulting them on hardcore top end management for testing and transition to a global standard
Essential Advice
Know development process well, have strong programmng skill, have a destructive mind to break any code
A Fine Balance:
get up early, plan for the day, Focus on work, do smart work rather then too much work, deligate works. Keep interest in home science, spend time with family/friends

Tech trends to watch out for
Mobile technology, Wifi, Security, communication --- it should be able to make resources to do more in less time. more encapsulated services and benefits.
Degrees that Matter
Answer is YES and NO both. "YES" because if you are originally strong enough and wanted to check where you stand, "NO" because if anyone wanted to have a cartificate just for the sake of CV attachment. Practise make a man/women better. so keep digging to know more about it. learn & work in parallel
The Journey So Far
I always wanted to do anything which is not exactly similar on what I did. I always wanted to experience different tastes of jobs. That does brings more challenges, and I am very much dedicated to new challenges.facing a challenge provides opportunities of learning new, that's the fun
