My role model

My Role model is my father, He is very good in managing the time effectively, and i learn a lot from him.
Person who know how to manage the time to complete a task, then he can do any impossible things possible.
Currently all the Organization is looking for a persion who can work effectively and efficiently. if you learn how to manage your time and also others time, then you are the winner.
When I join my first job, they offered my only 1500 INR per month, as i have no experience, My father told me to just go-ahead and gain the knowledge, days rolled in the lightning speed, Currently i am getting 100 times more than my first job salary.
If i denny my first job, i might not get the experience of how the basic parts are manufacturing in a machine shop, Now those experience given me the confident to deal with 100's of similar small companies in my current role.
My father always accept a new task and get it done perfectly on time, Nothing in this world in impossible it is all how we take.

Making job easier

TIME-COST-PLAN which decides everything, If I decide/promise to do some thing in the available TIME PERIOD, Then at any cost the consumer will agree to give the order, Then it will be our PLAN to execute it to satisfy the need.

It will work for any situation..like how we built our own house.

My important career decision

First thing, i leave my parents, that was my big decision to come out from my home.. After what ever decision i make whether it is good or bad, i will try to adopt for it & think positively, Nothing is in our hand, life has has to go..
I dont care what other will think, unless it give trouble to them..

In todays world, none of the Organization will be soo good to their employees, We work they pay for it. that's it.
So i dont worry must, i always do my duty up to my level.

Managing professional as well as personal life

In simplet i work in the office during the office hours, and forget the office/duties in the rest of hours, i.e when i left the office gate, There was a lot waiting outside the office gate.

I am working in the office to spend good in my rest of time.

I never bring my office laptop to home, unless if i required to travel.

Challenges faced in job

All my future will not be sticking with the office to earn my income, One day i will go to my land, and touch and talk with the sand which creates us. i.e i will be a farmer one day.

So far my plans are going well, i.e i just bought a small land in my home town which will be my future, that's why i am here to work to earn money.

Certainly for the future we need electricity to run everyday life, but most of us don't know how to properly use it., & it become a big mile stone for any government, as the requirement is increasing every minuit. One day i will create my own electricity in my land and also support my neighbours, We cannot depend on the government, b-coz INdia is not a small city.

Views about 'Tech product Introduction is weak among Indians'

Today market, business only aim's to earn money in short time. always thinking how to earn money..money.money..

Think differently, If a product gives a consumer to think that it is worth for what he pays for it, But unfortunately todays product are design in a most sophisticated R&D($$$$$) institute on how to save cost ($) and finally they come up with a product which is so less price($/2), spending lot of money in marketing to reach customer, Actually all the Marketing a forcing peoples to but it even though he dont need that item, or not even he need that for a few minuits..

One must understand what peoples need, if it can satisfy for him then you win,

India was not developed in THIS CENTURY, OUR ANCIENTS WERE VERY VERY GOOD IN MARKETING, CULTIVATION, POLITICS, ARCHITECTURE, AND CREATED THE MOST ADVANCE TOWN SHIP ON HOW A TOWN SHOULD LOOK LIKE, WHAT IS NEED FOR THE DRAINAGE SYSTEM FOR EACH STREET..ETC..

IF WE KNOW WHAT WE ARE THEN NO NEED TO DESING A NEW TECHNOLOGY, IT'S ALL $$$

Current Trends

Currently i am working in new project related to CNG, where there is no GAS PIPE LINES are available,

CURRENTLY INDIA HAS A GOOD RAILWAY NETWORK, IF IT CAN BE PLANNED GOOD, WE CAN USE RAILS TO TRANSPORT GAS TO ALL THE PLACES & SMALL INDUSTRIES CAN GROW WELL IN EACH CORNER.

Being different

I think I was well sculpture, straightened, sharpened on how to live everyday life,

I always thing what will happen if i do like this, does it will disturb or wil it hurt others or not.

Before doing any action i will think twice or trice, some times i will think for day, week or even for a month based on the severity.

I will not get angry too offen, Past 9years i was working together with almost different racial peoples all around the world and understand it is good to be kind to every one to what every the situation, b-coz every problem has a solution to solve if we think softly.

In simple, if a persion is living in one of a state in india, he always think the other state are good, when he moved to the neighbour stage he know how good he was in his own state. it will be same if you are flying to neighbour country.. so all are same every human in this world has only one mouth to take his food, only his own taste is different.

Books recommended

Just he need some time management books, b-coz all Organization will give training for his job, b-coz every Organization want to be different from others.

My advice

want to Satisfy for money or Want to satisfy for job, it's all individuals thoughts.

For me i like my job, money will come on time when it is required, Dont work for money always, some times money will not give happiness, When you have more money you man not have time to spend it.

MYSELF: I am a MECHANICAL ENGINEER by educational qualification with 9years of experience.

COMPANY: Currently i am working as a Project Engineer in Emerson process management asia pacific pte ltd located in singapore, They are doing business in various products all over the world, and my business unit is more specific on manufacture PRESSURE REGULATORS for NATURAL GAS and also the SOLUTION PROVIDER,

MY JOB PROFILE:
As a Project Engineer/Manager I have been responsible from the tender stage till the commissioning of skid for the ASIA PACIFI REGION, (Major countries - INDIA, BANGLADESH, MYANMAR, MALAYSIA, SINGAPORE, THAILAND, INDONESIA, PHILIPPINES, AUSTRALIA, JAPAN, SAUDI ARABIA, QATAR, PAKISTAN..)

I have beed working with GAIL, IEL, MGL, CUGL..etc in india for the NATURAL GAS PIPE LINE PROJECTS ON GOING NOW.

My achievement

My big achievement is my life : This was actually my sister tole me, One day My father told to my sister that "I was was a very good boy, and he thrust me very much than any one"

My strongest Skill

Logical problem solving, Good Planning, Good Communication skill with all, Express our thoughts in a way which will understand who ever is listening.

Very soft, polite and calm.

Family Background

My father is a retired government employee, and my mother is a kind house wife & I have two elder brothers, and one elder sister & i am the last in my family.
