i am responsible for accounting, finance, banking, insurance and compliance, which includes fund raising, relationship building with banks, financial institutions, looking adequacy of funds to meet out day to day needs, accounts payable, insurances, claims etc.

Essential qualities

Apart from the basic skill a person should have good analytic skills, communication skill as well as information technology skills

A lot compliance and filings are now a day being done online and mandatory. All these are adding accuracy and time bound processing.
