1. Discharge my duties as a Maintenance Engineer during shifts
2. Performing troubleshooting and maintenance of solar cell
manufacturing machines 3. Fully responsible for Hook up and
installation of machine like Texturisation PECVD, Firing Furnace,
Dryers, Screen Printers and automatic wafer handlers from J&R
Automation. 4. Move in of the entire production machine,
equipments in the clean room. 5. Co-ordinating with all onsite
contractors to get the job done in time 6. Co-ordinating with
the foreign engineers from Centrotherm, Rena, Stangl, Asys for
smooth installation of machines. 7. Responsible for design and
installation of drain system from production machines to ETP
plant 8. Arrangement of spares for repair jobs. 9. Complete
management of spare parts of all machines. 10. Deployment and
utilization of shift technicians. 11. Generating maintenance and
breakdown reports during shifts. 12. Implementing the preventive
maintenance system
