Could you tell us briefly about your family background?
I am hailing from a upper middle class nuclear family. My father is an Ex Army personal and mother is home maker. Sister working as BDM. I am from Kerala and currently working in UAE. We had been traveling with my dad, as he got transfers to different states in India, currently settled in Kerala.
Essential Advice
According to me you need to have an experience first. Experience in not just being an employee to your boss and do as he says. Its like think logically, express your opinions and of course listen to your seniors by creating balance in the terms of ego. And one day you will have the intuition.
Changes in the industry
Simply saying, it was from no where to every where. It took time to understand and make others understand.
A Fine Balance:
"Work Life Balance"...so called term has the answer in itself. Work while you live, live your life at its extreme and let your work walk along with life, let them marry and their kids will be named money and happiness.

Initially go for experience than money.
learn a bit more, academically.
Adamant on my statement.
Still listening to my seniors.

Raju Menon. Chairman of Morison Menon Chartered Accountants. Ones Affected by EU Sanctions, his whole empire was on risk due to technical or logical misunderstanding of EU. But he was stern and fought against EU sanction at last they apologized. During all these time he had smile on his lip.
