• Monitoring and supervising the performance of 3 distributors,
preferred retailers & take corrective actions in very efficient
and professional manner.
• Handling and motivating the team of
8 FOS (Salesmen) and guide them to boost up the sales as well as
prepare monthly target for them in accordance with the
company’s Targets.
• Ensure achievement of Primary and
Secondary Sales targets for Handsets & RCVs through continuous
monitor and follow-ups.
• Responsible for improving the sales
through outlets expansion, market development and market
upgradation.
• Responsible for upgrading the knowledge of all
the retailers and timely solution of the problems of both
customer and retailers.
• Ensure a high level of merchandising
excellence including the proper utilization of POP and Signages,
with a view to territory visibility leadership against
competition.
• Responsible for training and development for
distributors and FOS (Salesmen) & PSRs.
• Responsible to
launch various schemes and offers with a view to increase the
sales of different brands at different times with the help of
company and team.
