My responsibilities are:
- Understanding the client’s organizational structure,
hierarchy, and business to enable a perfect fit. Understanding
the requirements thoroughly. Resume Sourcing & Screening from
the Job Portals/ References/ Databank. Briefing about the
requirement and the organization to candidates. Shortlisting &
Preliminary Screening of resumes according to requirement,
ensuring the quality of the Resumes being sourced. Delivering
the profiles to the respective clients Doing the follow up
with both clients and candidates for interview schedule of
shortlisted candidate Responsible for pre & post recruitment
related activities.
