Challenges faced in job

Objective is to make my mark in the organizations by making significant contribution towards its growth & I will continuously enhance my skill-sets & other attributes that can take me to the position of 'User Experience Analyst'

My important career decision

I made significant changes in my professional careers. Changes in terms of learning new skill sets everyday, finding out best solution for the given problem by getting deeper into the project. I took a decision of working with a Start-up company when I was having offer from some of the good/big companies and I feel thats the most significant decision I made in my professional career. I take ownership of lots of role and responsibilities beyond my job title and thats what made me a leader in that space. Having versatile knowledge of technologies.

Building efficient and reusable front-end abstractions and systems, Identify and address performance bottlenecks, Participating in design reviews, Interaction with other team members to incorporate their innovations and vice versa, Identifying and communicate best practices for front-end engineering..

Company and job profile

I am an artist by heart and creative by mind. Creativity is what I love and motivates me. My strength is in conceptualizing ideas with user centered design principles, implementing them and paying attention to the details. I am self driven by nature and keep exploring styles and techniques to produce innovative and unique designs.

I am a passionate, motivated individual with professional experience in variety of design areas. I have done various independent projects as well as have been a part of multidisciplinary teams and worked closely with product/brand management - to take products/brand from concept, through design to its launch.

Managing professional as well as personal life

Honestly Speaking, I faced a lot of problems managing my professional and personal life but somehow I am successful in differentiating the priorities at at specific give point of time.. I pay more attention to th more prior thing first and cut the time for other things in parallel.

Everybody wants happiness, nobody wants pain, but you can't have a rainbow without a little rain.

My achievement

The most valuable achievement of my life is that: whenever I decided to do something and work harder for that, I accomplish that particular things along with graceful winning.

That teaches me the value of hard work and results of doing anything with your full heart.

I believe that "If something is worth doing, It's worth doing well"

My advice

I would suggest not to get your skill sets killed at the initial stage, Some people will de-motivate you, some will criticize your work.
All you need to do is that, just keep doing good - whatever you are doing, learn as much as you can, add new things in the list of your skills every week, keep exploring best practices of doing things from experienced people. Learn how to do the task in the best possible way.

His life story, achievements, and beliefs in life are a great inspiration for young entrepreneur to continue seek for excellence. His desire to provide the best product and or services had pave way for the success of the company. His failures did not stop him from working hard to reach his goal and to serve more people. Family Background

I am Puneet Sharma born in 1985, Karnal is my native place and I have two elder sisters, married and well settled in their families. My father is a retired Teacher and now he giving his time educating poor people's children who cannot afford to go school. He is a part of some welfare organisations as well and give his time for social cause so that he can contribute something valuable to the society.
He is my role model in personal life and inspires me a lot.

My mother is a retired accountant from govt. dept. She is very homely women and taught us the values of being good and honest. I respect her a lot for her kind nature and pure heart.

I am from a middle class family who know the value of each rupee and that is the reason I believe in sharing because today 50 rupees doesn't matter much for me but that 50 rupees can feed someone. I always give some amount of my earning for those people who will not be able to repay be, I feel blessed helping them.

Views about 'Tech product Introduction is weak among Indians'

We have plenty of talent in our country, people from abroad outsource their projects here in INDIA because they know talent is here. Just we are lacking behind with the opportunities..

Talented people left behind as their talent doesn't get recognized and they do not get appropriate opportunities with which they are excel in life and make a difference in the world.

I love what I do and do what i love.. thats make my everyday work, fun work..
