I have started my career with SPES MANAGEMENT SERVICES, Pune in the year 2012 and still growing with the company.
I have been in a gamut of roles which has given me strong exposure varying from Client facing roles , vendor management, core recruitment and HR aspects to operations and delivery.
I am both process-centric and people-centric and enjoy chasing challenges that emerge in every day business.
I typically own the job assigned to me and love to run my shop. I believe in team work and emphasize on swift and clear communication, focused on delivering within timelines and push for progress each day.
